Once placing your order, no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you noticed you have entered your shipping details incorrectly, please email us at email@example.com and we will try our hardest to resolve the issue.

We will happily provide you with a store credit for your item(s), given you meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- The item is unworn, unwashed and in the original conditions
- Must have all tags still attached
- Items MUST arrive in a re-sellable condition.
- Return form must be completed and included with your return. Please find link to Return Form under ‘how do I make a return’.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale/discounted items.
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be issued with a store credit via email. Store credits will be valid for 12 months.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the below items for return.

Use our Australia Post Returns Portal below to generate a postage label. Once you have packaged your return, attach the label to the parcel.

Once we receive your return, we will assess the item(s) and you will be notified once your store credit has been processed. If your return does not comply with the above conditions, it will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.
CAN YOU HOLD ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, due to high demand of products and fluctuating stock levels we are unable to hold item(s) for exchange. If you are in desperate need of an item, we would recommend placing another order to avoid dissapointment.
Please note that when we receive your return a store credit will still be issued, even if another order is placed.
